Case Changes Management
SFHub Visualizer controls the following actions and shares each modification performed by a single user on a single Case, with all the sessions that are "connected" to that Case.
- Case Runner actions Collect (Input / element / transfer), Run and Publish
- Adjustment Creation
- Adjustment Cancellation
- Case Deletion
When a single user performs a modification on a case that is opened by more than one user, in several displays or reports, SFHub Visualizer shares the modification in the Displays with all the sessions connected to the case.
For example; using the scenario previously illustrated in Case "Resource" Management, suppose user A makes a case change from the Display A opened in session A; here is what happens:
- A notification is sent to all connected users and sessions to inform about the case change (all displays are connected to Case A)
- Displays are updated on all sessions and displays of User A only
As changes are made by user A, all displays opened by the user and associated to the same case (Case A) (regardless of the session) are updated.
Although user B is using the same display (display A) and case (case A), his display is not updated. User B does not see the changes in the Case until a "Check In" or an "Undo Checkout" is performed by user A.
Should the user have a different Case open in another Display, they do not receive any notification, and the display is not updated.
