Refresh Case Status
Though SFHub Visualizer automatically updates a case's status, it also includes a Refresh option that allows you to obtain the status at the current moment in time.
To use get the current status of a case:
Ensure that you have a Case selected and loaded.
Click on the
Case Status icon.
Refresh option
Select Refresh.
The Case status is refreshed to reflect the current status of the case at this specific point in time.
