Lock / Unlock a Case

Lock a Case​

The lock feature allows you to prevent any further changes on a case, by any user.

To lock a Case:

  1. Click on the  Case Status icon.

    Case is UnlockedCase is Locked

  2. Click on the Unlock/Lock slider to move it to "Lock".

Unlock a Case​

The unlock feature allows you to enable changes to a case that you have previously locked. Once unlocked, changes can then be made to the case by any user.

To unlock a Case:

  1. Click on the  Case Status icon.

    Case is LockedCase is Unlocked

  2. Click on the Unlock/Lock slider to move it to "Unlock".
