Search in Previous Case

Search values in the previous case is generally a practice required to compare data with the current case (e.g., get the tank delta stock).

The SFHub Search Engine is able to extend the search scope over the previous case, through the special keyword {PreviousCase}.

The syntax required to extend the search is the following:

{PreviousCase}:Attribute name

Where the Attribute name can be the partial or the full name of an attribute.
