Specify the TES Database

The Administrative Task Database Selection option is used to set the default database to be used by the TES application.

To set the default database:

  1. Run the TES application.

  2. From the main menu, select Task > Administrative TaskDatabase Selection.

  3. Click on the Database down-arrow and select the database to be used as the default.

  4. Click on the Transfer template down-arrow and select a default template.

  5. Click OK to save your selections and close the window.

    The Transfer Entry System (TES) displays the selected database along with all of its tables, as shown in the following figure.Figure 1735: TES displaying selected database and tables

    The administrator can edit any of the tables that have a TES prefix.
