Add a Record
To add a new record to the Pumper Log Form:

The options available in this form depend on how its presentation was configured by the TES Administrator.
Click the Add Record button to insert a new record row\, as shown in Figure 1791.
The remaining steps cover all the default columns that must be filled in for each record in order to create a transfer via the Pumper Log.
Check the Create checkbox if you want to create a Transfer.
Check the Read checkbox if you want to read Data from PI for Element Attributes configured to get data from PIName: Name of Transaction.
It is created automatically, based on the Transfer Name Mask, though it can be edited if necessary.
In the Description cell, type a description for the Transfer, if none currently exists.
To restrict the transfer to a specific group, click on the Group down-arrow and select the group name.
If any source or destination are needed, choose No Group as your selection.
Available group names are defined in the TES.Group table.
Click on the Source down-arrow and select the source Element for the Transfer.
Click on the Destination down-arrow and select the destination Element for the Transfer.
Click on the Material Code down-arrow and select the material for the Transfer.
Available materials are from the Material table.
As you select a Material Code, the Material Description is automatically populated. If you do not select a Material Code, you need to manually enter a Material Description.
Click on the Data Source down-arrow and select the where the source of information for the calculation will come from.
If your Data Source is a meter type, click on the Meter down-arrow to select the meter.
In the Start Time cell, type the time at which the Transfer starts.
In the End Time cell, type the time at which the Transfer ends.
In the Gauge Open cell, type the reading of the gauge at start time.
In the Gauge Close cell, type the reading of the gauge at end time.
Note:
If the TES Setting “Level gauge value presentation" is checked, Gauge (Open and Close) values are composed of six digits:
First two digits: Feet (limit 99)
Second two digits: Inches (limit 11)
Third two digits: sixteenths of an inch (limit 15)
Twenty-five feet fourteen inches and seven eighths on an inch can be written as
25’14 7/8’’.For the Pumper's Log, it will be
251407.In the Density cell, type the density of the material or product.
In the Quantity cell, type the amount of the material or product.
In the Object Status cell, type either IS for "In Service" or OS for "Out of Service".
In the Railcar/Truck cell, type the mode of transportation.
In the Self-Calculating Flag cell, type True if you want the reconciliation process to calculate the transfer. Otherwise, typeFalse.
(Optional) In the Comments cell, type any comments you want to include about the Transfer.
In the User cell, type the name of the Operator who created the Transfer; in this case it is the name with which you are logged into TES.
The Created column usually lists the time and date that the transfer record was created. However, since the transfer has not yet been created, these columns are blank (or missing).
Repeat the steps for each Transfer record you want to add.

IMPORTANT: If you want to save Transfer records to a 'Transfer Set Template', you must do so prior to actually creating the Transfers. Once Transfers are created, all records are removed from the Pumper Log.
