Deleting an Element From a Model
When an Element exists in a Model, it can be seen in the display as well as the Model tab of AF Browser window (provided the ‘Keep Model and display Synchronized’ option is checked). Hence, deleting an Element from a Model can be accomplished using one of two methods:
Method 1
In ProcessBook, click on the Model tab.
Click on the Element in the display.
Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
The Element is removed from both the Display and the Model. The Element disappears from the 'Model' tab of the AF Browser, verifying that the Element has been removed.
Method 2
In ProcessBook, click on the Model tab.
In the Model list, right-click on the Model and select Delete Reference.
You are asked to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
The Element is from both the Display and the Model.
Note: Deleting an Element from Model/Display does not delete it from the Database and it can be seen in the list of elements in the Elements tab of the AF Browser.
