Access Permissions

The following table provides an explanation for each of the access permissions you can assign to people with whom you share your projects, displays, analytics, reports and workflows.
Access Permissions table
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Read | Allows the person to see and view the project. |
| Write | Allows the person to add or change the project, as well as rename or create a copy (save as) of the project. |
| Execute | Allows the person to execute an analytic, report or workflow (1). |
| Delete | Allows the person to delete a project and all its content (analytics, reports and workflows) (2). |
| Share | Allows the person to share the project, display, analytic, report or workflow. |

Execute is only relative to analytics, reports and workflows.
Note (2)
No one can delete a project if another project refers to an entity in the project or if another SFHub entity refers to an entity in the project.
