Sort the Studio Project List

The Sort features allow you to better focus the project(s) you want easy access to, by placing them at the top of the list. There are several sort options you can choose from and a few date sort options as well. You can use these sort options in conjunction with one another or separately.

tip

You can use the Search and Filter and sort features to help minimize the number of projects that appears in your Studio Projects list, and then use the sort feature to place the project(s) you want at the beginning of the list.

Note

Note that while you can use a combination of a Name sort option and a Created On (date) sort option, you cannot use more than one Name option and more than one Created On option at the same time.

To use the sort features:

  1. Open the Studio Projects window, if not already open.

  2. To sort by project Name, click on the button until it displays the list in the order you want.

    Name sort options are:

    ButtonDescription
Sorts the projects in ascending order (A-->Z), by project name
Sorts the projects in descending order (Z-->A), by project name
When this option is chosen, the list is sorted in the order that the projects have been added to SFHub Studio - this is the default order.
  3. To sort by Created On (date) order, click on the button until it displays the list in the date order you want.

Created On (date) sort options are:

    ButtonDescription
Sorts the projects in ascending order of their creation date by oldest date to current.
Sorts the projects in descending order of their creation date by oldest date to most current date.
Do not sort by creation date. When this option is chosen, the list is sorted in the order that the projects have been added to SFHub Studio, as that is the default order.
