Work with Transfers
SFHub Visualizer allows you to carry out all transfer activities: create, edit, and delete. Access to the transfer activities is available from many useful locations such as: tool-tip pop-up panel, detailed element panel and dedicated transfer panel.
While working with a case, SFHub Visualizer allows you to manage transfers in the Sigmafine case or in the Sigmafine transfer database.
From SFHub Visualizer you can:
- List Transfer (and see which are collected in the case)
- Create a Transfer
- Delete a Transfer
- Edit a Transfer
Before you begin working with transfers, it is important to review some of the basic concepts about transfer management. The SigmafineHub transfer dialogs depicted in the topics of this section,in this document, provide two options; 'In database' and 'In Case'. These options allow you to manage the transfer either in the Sigmafine database or within the context of the Sigmafine Case. The 'In Case' option is enabled only when you are working within the context of a Case (a Sigmafine Case has been opened).
Create Transfer
Every time a new transfer is created, it will be always created in the Sigmafine transfer database regardless of you are working or not in the Case context.
When a transfer is created with the 'In Case' option selected, the SigmafineHub Visualizer will activate the Collect Transfer to get the new transfer in the selected Sigmafine Case.
