SFHub Managed Transfer Component
SigmafineHub delivers a totally new transfer management component supporting the transfers. SFHub Visualizer users can decide to take advantage of this new feature, or to continue working according to native AF Server rules.
The managed transfer component handles all transfer activities, create, delete, edit, and support two operative modes, Native and Managed.
Native mode
Allows you to use the current AF Server support, where everything continues working like in the past.
Managed mode
Managed mode offers an extended support for transfer activities, users can configure its behavior enabling or disabling the following features:
Managed Transfer -- While enabled, all cases referring to an added transfer which is added, deleted or modified, will be marked, indicating that a new Collect Transfers run is required.
Preserve locked case -- The option is available only when enabling Managed Transfer mode. While enabled, transfers cannot be added, modified or deleted, if spanning a locked case. In such cases, you are prompted with an error message regarding the wrong condition.
Auto Update SFHub Web App -- The option is available only when enabling Managed Transfer mode. While enabled, every active SFHub web app, referring a case affected by a transfer activity, will be notified and its contents updated automatically. In the case of Visualizer, the below activities are fully automated:
If the action is executed by Visualizer referring the Sigmafine Case:
- Collect Transfer is automatically executed in the background, to align the case elements to current transfers.
- The display is automatically updated to reflect the collected transfers.
A notification message is received informing you about the changes.
Notify open sessions - The option is available only when enabling Managed Transfer mode and disabling the Auto Update SFHub Web App option. While enabled, all open sessions, referencing a case affected by a transfer action, will receive a notification message about the changes.
Monitor attributes - The option is available only when enabling Managed Transfer mode. While enabled, all open sessions, referencing a case to which one or more attribute values have been modified, will receive a notification message about the changes. Monitor attributes will monitor only changes applied to the transfer data base. The attribute changed in the case will not generate any notification, nor will it mark the Collect Input as they are managed as Adjustments.
