Modeler Preferences - Layers Tab

The Layers Tab allows to specify how the Sigmafine Modeler manages layers whenever a Sigmafine PB display is synchronized with a Sigmafine Model that is using layers.

The following table provides a list of the available options and their descriptions.

Keep ProcessBook Layers synchronized with Model Layers	Sigmafine Modeler performs layers synchronization every time a Sigmafine PB display is opened:For each Model layer that has no equivalent PB Display layer, that layer will be created in the PB DisplayFor each PB Display layer that has no equivalent Model layer, that PB Layer will be removed from the PB Display.When checked (selected), the second step of layers synchronization is not executed. This allows all the layers defined specifically for the PB Display only to be maintained intact.
Hide Inactive Layers	When checked (selected), any inactive PB Display layer will be also hidden by setting the Visible option = false. This option allows you to visibly identify the inactive PB display layers.
Invalidate Case data when layers are changed	PB Display layers can be changed at run time by the user through the Active Layers Status Bar.When a layer is activated or deactivated from a PB Display in the context of a Sigmafine Analysis Case, this action is reflected on the related Case layers settings stored in AF.When checked (selected), the Sigmafine Modeler performs the following actions every time PB Display layers are changed:If the selected Sigmafine Case has not been ran then, a Collect Element is made in order to update the elements collection according the changed layer settingsIf the selected Sigmafine Case has been ran then, following message box will be shown to the user in order to ask confirmation to perform a new Collect Elements:Clicking Yes will invalidate all the results calculated by the analysis, and the Collect Elements will update the Case Element collection according the changed layer settings.Clicking No will restore the original layer settings without to perform the Collect Elements.When not checked (deselected), any change to PB Display layers will be forbidden if the selected Sigmafine Case has been ran.
Perform an automatic Collect Elements	This option works jointly to the previous one. When this option is selected then, the Collect Elements is performed automatically every time the user changes the PB Display layers in the context of an already ran Sigmafine Case.
