Modeler Preferences - Connections Tab

The Connections tab allows you to specify where connection points are located for new elements, as well as the behavior of connectors.

The following table provides a list of the available options and their descriptions.

Modeler Preferences Widow – Connections Tab

Input	Allows you to select locations for connection points; bottom, center, left, right or top.

Create a new connection point for each connection	When checked (selected), multiple connection points are created for the same port when making more than one connection to the port.
Turn on automatic avoidance after creation	When checked (selected), connectors created during the import process are set to avoid objects automatically. You may prefer to turn off this options to increase ProcessBook performance in large models.
