Confirming the Configurator Install

The Client setup kit is rather straightforward, just ensure that you run the setup kit as an Administrator.

Once the Client is installed:

  1. Ensure that Configurator tool was installed.
  2. Open the Configurator tool as an Administrator.
  • Right-click on the Pimsoft.IF.Configurator.exe file and select to Run as administrator.

  1. The first time you run Configurator after a new installation, you are prompted to select at least one server (as shown in the following figure).Figure 1464: Select Server message

    The running of the Configurator tool and receipt of this message both indicate that the Configurator has been installed.

  2. Click OK to close the message window.

  3. To select a server, follow the steps under Adding a New Server.
