Report Panel Toolbar

The Report Panel Toolbar allows you to work with the report that is open in the Report Editor panel, as well as with other reports you have open.

The following table provides descriptions for each of the icons and options.

Report PageThe Report Page icon allows you to select a specific report page whenever the report is organized with multiple pages.
Reports NavigatorThe Report Panel allows you to open multiple reports, though you can view only one at a time. The Reports Navigator icons allows you to switch between reports, when you have multiple reports open. You can move to the previous or next report, or select one of the open reports from a list by clicking the List icon..

RefreshThe Refresh icon allows you to reload the report if the report data has been changed or the report layout has been modified and the report is not actualized. The icon is enabled only when the mentioned changes occur and automatic refresh is not enabled.
Screen ModeThe Screen Mode options allow you to zoom in and out of the content of each report page, or fit the report according to the Screen Mode menu, which lists the following options:

- Actual Size
- Fit to Width
- Fit to Page

PrintThe Print icon allows you to print the current page as .pdf file.
Export to ExcelThe Export to Excel icon allows you to export the contents of the report to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. An Excel spreadsheet is created for each visual component.
EditThe Edit icon allows you to activate the SFHub Studio Report Web Editor. The icon is enabled only when you (as the SFHub user) owns the appropriate 'write' permission on the SFHub Studio Report application.
MinimizeThe Minimize icon allows you to minimize (hide) the Report Panel. The icon is visible only when you open a report from the Display. If you choose to work with a report without a display, the Minimize icon is not visible.
Close Allthe Close All icon allows you to close all reports along with the Report Panel itself. This icon is visible only when you open a report from the Display. If you choose to work with a report without a display, the Close All icon is not visible.

Automatic Refresh mode is not recommended if the case is subject to numerous changes.
