Refreshing the Database

The Refresh Database option is used to ensure that any changes made in other applications are also made available to the Excel Add-In.

To refresh a database:

  1. In Excel, open the spreadsheet you which you want to run.

  2. From the SF tab Tools section, select Refresh Database.Figure 723: SF Tab Tools - Refresh Database

    The Select window opens.Figure 724: 3. Click the **AF System** down-arrow and select the system where the Sigmafine Server is running.

  3. In the list of databases that appears, click on the database you want to refresh.

  4. Click the OK button to execute the refresh.
