Dialog Boxes Remember Previous Selections

Most dialog boxes have selection boxes for the element, start Case and end case. The Add-In remembers the last element, and the start Case and end Case that you used in a session, and automatically populates a new dialog box with those values. When excel is closed and reopened, settings are reset to the defaults specified in the 'Settings' menu option.
