Access Permissions

This Snippet is for Projects, Analytics, Reports, Workflows and Uploaded Displays, and is used in the Share a [project, analytic, report, workflow and uploaded display] topics in their respective sections. Any edits should be done in the Snippet file and not in the topic files.
The following table provides an explanation for each of the access permissions you can assign to people with whom you share your projects, displays, analytics, reports and workflows.
Access Permissions table
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Full Access | Gives a person all permissions (Read, Write, Execute, Delete and Share). |
| Read | Allows the person to open the Report by the SFHub Report Web Editor but cannot modify any content. |
| Write | Allows the person to open the Report by the SFHub Report Web Editor and modify the content. |
| Execute | Allows the person can execute the report. When the execute permission is granted to other users, they can open the report from any SFHub Application. For example: they can configure the report in the Visualizer settings and then open it from the SFHub Visualizer Display. |
| Delete | Allows the person can delete the report from the SFHub Project. |
| Share | Allows the person to share the report with others. |
