Error / Issue

IFShadow reports a connection error when it attempts to connect to the IF Server.

When a connection error occurs, one or both of the following error will appear in the configuration file:

• “Error connection to IFServers configured into IFConfigurator”
• "IFServer is Down!!!!"

Solution / Work-Around

Perform the following checks in the order listed.

1. Ensure that the IFServer is working properly.
2. Ensure that the launching user is a valid Windows account.
