Import Assay Slate

The Import Assay Slate window lets you import new assay component tables from a file.

To import components from a file:

  1. Click the Select File button.

  2. Locate and select the file containing the component tables.

    Note: You can only import .txt or .csv file types through the Select File feature.

    After selecting the file, the import tool pulls all the data for the different assay components from the file and displays them in the window.

  3. In the Table Name : SF_Assay_Slate_ box, verify that the name of the table is correct.

  4. In the Select Properties estimation method section, verify that the estimation methods shown as selected are correct.

  5. Click Create to automatically add the assay table to the database using the “SF_AssaySlate_” naming convention. It also automatically selects the newly imported table when you are returned to the component configuration window.
