What is an Analysis?

A model Analysis provides you with information you can examine to aid in planning, engineering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and training for your facility. You can create and use a Model analysis to examine your facility on a unit or facility wide basis, and can perform analyses on the materials flowing in, out and around the processing, storage, and receiving\shipping areas. Analyses can help you determine the factors that contribute to erroneous data such as:

  • Faulty instruments
  • Incomplete instrumentation
  • Incorrectly installed instruments
  • Out-of-service instruments
  • Interference
  • Incorrect instrument calibration
  • Unaccounted or unmeasured flows into or out of the plant
