Managing IF Security

By default, the setup program allows all users ('Everyone' user) to access and configure Integration Framework objects. If you prefer not to allow this ability to all users, the \topics listed below provide detailed instructions for managing and changing the IF security Model and its related configuration using the Configurator tool. The tool allows you to set the IF Security database in order to allow or deny the connection and access to the IF engine (server) and its relative objects.

Note: In order to have the automatic domain or active directory browsing, the Configurator Tool must be run by logging-on to the target Windows system with a validated local or domain user.
