Uninstall the Previous Version

Prior to installing Sigmafine Advanced Diagnostics Add-In (ADA), you need to first ensure that any previous versions have been unregistered and uninstalled.

To unregister and uninstall a previous version:

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Pimsoft\Pimsoft Sigmafine Advanced Diagnostic Add-In.
  2. To unregister the previous version, right-click on the unregister.bat script and run it as an administrator.
  3. To uninstall the previous version:
  4. Open your Windows Control Panel.
  5. Go to Programs and Features or Programs > Uninstall a program, depending on your version of Windows.
  6. Locate and select the Pimsoft Sigmafine Advanced Diagnostics Add-In application.
  7. Right-click on the application and select Uninstall.

Verify that the Uninstall Completed Successfully​

To verify that the application has been completely uninstalled:

  1. Open Windows File Explorer.

  2. Go to the folder where you had installed the previous version of the ADA add-in.

    This directory is typically “C:\Program Files\Pimsoft\Pimsoft Sigmafine Advanced Diagnostic Add-In”.

  3. Ensure that the folder no longer exists.
