Manage Transfer Search Number of Days

The Transfer search setting in the General Settings panel, allows you to select the number of days the search engine can search back through previous Cases from the current date.

To view or change the number of days:

  1. Click on the  Visualizer Settings icon to open the SFHubVisualizer® Settings panel.

  2. Click General Settings to open the panel.

  3. Scroll to the Case search section.

    The default setting is 360 days.

  4. To increase or decrease the number of days, highlight the current days setting and type the number of days you want, or use the up/down arrows to scroll up or down through the number of days.

  5. If you are finished viewing or changing the General Settings, close the panel.

    Your setting is automatically saved.

  6. If you are finished viewing or changing SFHub Visualizer Settings, close the SFHubVisualizer®Settings panel.
