Select Columns to Display

The Columns option found on the Column Menu, allows you to customize your columns by selecting only those you want displayed in a table list and hiding those you do not want displayed. This is helpful when you want to focus on specific columns of data.

To select which columns you want displayed in a table list:

  1. Click on the column's Column Menu icon, to open the Column Menu.

  2. Click Columns.

    The Columns selection panel expands.

    The Columns selection panel allows you to select the columns you want to display.

  3. Check each column you want displayed.

    Make sure you uncheck the check boxes of those columns you do not want displayed.

  4. Click Apply.

    If you decide to that you want to display the columns that were originally selected, you can click Reset to return to that selection.
