Enable / Disable Managed Transfer Mode Settings

The Managed transfer mode settings in the General Settings panel, allow you to select which of the extended support features, available by SFHub, you want to enable.

When you disable all the features, everything continues working like in the past, according the current AF Server support.

To view or change the Display Security setting:

  1. Click on the  Visualizer Settings icon to open the SFHubVisualizer® Settings panel.

  2. Click General Settings to open the panel.

  3. Scroll to the Enable managed transfer mode section.

    The following table provides descriptions for each of the settings.

    Enable managed transfer modeWhen the managed transfer mode is enabled, all Cases referring to an added, deleted or modified transfer, are marked, indicating that a new 'Collect Transfers' is required.

    The following settings can be changed ONLY when the Enable managed transfer mode setting is enabled.

    Preserve Locked CaseWhen this setting is enabled, transfers cannot be added, modified or deleted in a locked case. In such instances, an error message prompts the user regarding the wrong condition.
    Auto update open sessionsWhen this setting is enabled, every active SFHub web app, that refers to a Case affected by a transfer activity, is notified and its contents updated automatically.
    Notify open sessionsThe option is available only when the Managed Transfer mode settings is enabled and the Auto update SFHub Web App setting is disabled. When this setting is enabled, all open sessions, that refer to a Case affected by a transfer action, receive a notification regarding the changes.
    Manage Transfer AttributeWhen this setting is enabled, any change made on a Transfer Attribute influencing a Case Input result, is marked on the Workflow panel indicating that a new 'Collect Inputs' is required. This notification is raised when the transfer attribute is changed in the transfer database or as result of an adjustment created in the Sigmafine Case.

    By default all settings are enabled.

  4. To disable a setting, click on its toggle.

    The toggle button moves to the left and turns white.

  5. To re-enable a setting, click on its toggle.

    The toggle button moves to the right and turns blue.

  6. If you are finished viewing or changing the General Settings, close the panel.

    Your setting is automatically saved.

  7. If you are finished viewing or changing SFHub Visualizer Settings, close the SFHubVisualizer® Settings panel.
