Action Interface

The dropdown visual can be linked to an interface variable with the objective to update the interface value by the dropdown’s selected item.

The Select Interface parameter allows to specify the Interface variable that will receive the value selected from the dropdown. When you change the dropdown selection in Run mode, the report will update the interface variable by the selected value.

The Execute action when value change toggle, if selected, allows to trigger the refresh of the report (the execution of the analytic) according to value passed to the interface variable.
