PI Asset Framework and PI System Explorer

The IMM Model database is a set of elements that are linked together in a hierarchical way. Each Element is organized into categories such as tanks, meter, process unit, etc., and each Element category is defined by specific properties which can reference tags. These tags can be configured as formulas or values (constant, calculated, etc.) or can be connected to an external plug-in.
