Intelligent Movement Management (IMM) Introduction

In an industrial plant, it is very important to precisely know and manage all of the process units, transfers data, and tanks status information within a single and reliable environment. With these needs in mind, standard components from OSISoft and the Sigmafine SFVisualizer application can be integrated in order to:

  • Manage movements (plan, create, edit, delete, etc.)
  • Analyze and display tank data
  • Programmatically calculate tank quantity (estimate tank level, used storage, unused storage)
  • Emphasize errors between calculated and measured data
  • Display movements in graphical models
  • Check missing information
