Extract Transform Load (ETL): Transform Data Into Consumable Dataset

Studio Analytics are a simple way for extracting and transforming the data contained in the SF Case. The analytics of this type can be consumed directly from the Report/Dashboard system, or activated to export the Case data set for further use.

In general, an ETL type analytic is characterized by:

• Dynamic input parameters

• No Case and Data base insights, actionable insights or actions

• Production of variables containing the transformed data
