Required Attributes in Element Templates

The standard Sigmafine Templates need to be updated to accomplish the additional Attributes needed by the Quality Tracking Analysis.

Note: The required Attributes are already available whenever the quality tracking library has been installed (see paragraph Sigmafine Load Library Utility).
