Step 1: Preparation
This step provides the information you need to prepare for your SigmafineHub Visualizer upgrade.
Before Proceeding with the upgrade
- Download the SigmafineHub Installation Kit
- Stop ISS
- Make a backup of the SFHub database
Important Note
After IIS has been stopped, please run Windows Task Manager and check that all SFHub processes are stopped:
- Check IIS SFHub worker process (w3wp.exe) is not running
- Check all SFHub services are stopped (SFHub*.exe)
Open the required Ports
Verify with your IT Administrator that a TCP port is available for the use of the SFHub application server Web Socket.
Verify the Installed Microsoft OLEDB Driver
Verify with your IT Administrator that TLS 1.2 is enabled, and TLS 1.0 is disabled. In such a case, the installation of the Microsoft OLEDB provider MSOLEDBSQL is required in order to support the TLS 1.2.
