Uninstall Previous Versions

Use the following procedure to uninstall your current version of Sigmafine Scheduler prior to installing the new version.

1. Log onto the Sigmafine Server with an administrative account (local administrator is suggested ).

2. Ensure that all running applications are closed.

3. Go to the Windows Control Panel and stop the Sigmafine Scheduler.

4. Ensure that the server has stopped prior to continuing with the next step.

5. Go to your currently installed Sigmafine Scheduler folder.

6. Run the Start ® CMD (with administrative privileges).

7. Run one of the following commands:

   For 32-bit systems

   C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe \<complete path of Pimsoft.Sigmafine.Scheduler.exe file\>

   For 64-bit systems

   C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe \<complete path of Pimsoft.Sigmafine.Scheduler.exe file\>

   Example: Command for 64-bit system

   C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe D:\PIPC\Sigmafine\Scheduler\Pimsoft.Sigmafine.Scheduler.exe

8. Manually delete all files in the installation folder.

9. Restart the server.
