Quality Tracking Functionality

The Quality Tracking analysis performs quality calculations considering the interactions of material packets according to both the mixing Model specified in the inventory and the mixing rule, which is a specific property of the quality. The supported mixing Models are the same as defined for the Composition Tracking analysis.

For each quality, the mixing rule is specified into the Quality Table and can be linear or nonlinear, based on either a mass or a volume basis.

In order to allow full compatibility between the balance basis and the quality mixing rule basis, density is a mandatory property for all the materials and it is always calculated for each object in the Model in order to allow the conversion from volume to mass and vice versa.
