Software Requirements for SFHub Application Server

  • The requirements for the software on the machine hosting the SFHub application server are:

    • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 64-bit, or later
    • Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 8.5, or later
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
    • Server Manager roles and features.
    • AF SDK 2.9.5 or AF SDK 2.10.9
    • Sigmafine Server 4.6 R5 SP1+, SF 4.7 SP1+ or SF 4.7 R2
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 or above. (Standard, Enterprise and Express versions are all supported.)
Note

SFHub Application Server cannot be installed on a Domain Controller.

SF Server requirements for SfHub​

  • SFHub Application Server is supported with the SF Server 4.6.8 or later.

    If your Sigmafine Server is not running the Service Pack 1 or later (SF 4.6 R5 SP1+ or SF 4.7 SP1+), you have to install a specific "Patch" on each SF Server that will be connected. Please see Step 2: Installation for more details.

  • SFHub Application Server is supported with the following versions of PI Asset Framework (PI AF):

    • Any PI AF version 2010 R3 and later. We recommend PF AF version 2016 or later.

Client requirements​

  • SigmafineHub clients need to use web browsers that are HTML5 compatible with JavaScript (JS) enabled.

Supported browsers for SigmafineHub​

SigmafineHub is compatible with the latest version of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Mobile devices as clients​

Currently not fully supported - planned in next release. SFHub web applications work on mobile devices, with the current limitation; some components are not properly performing with smaller resolutions.
