Keywords

Every string literal enclosed in curly brackets, and not enclosed in single quotes, is treated as a SFHub keyword.
SFHub keywords are used to identify actions to be performed. As an example the {PreviousCase} keyword, followed by a colon, tells the engine to refer to the previous case rather than the current one.
