Use Boolean operators AND, OR and NOT to concatenate expressions, remember that the operator NOT takes precedence over the others

Material Like 'Crude%' AND Value > 10

Any material starting with Crude and value greater than 10

Material Like 'Crude%' AND NOT Value >= 10

Any material starting with Crude and value less than 10
