Nodes with Reconciled Statistics Exceeding Normal Values

This analysis rule includes the list of node elements whose statistical results from the Sigmafine reconciliation solver are out of tolerance. In a Sigmafine model, out-of-tolerance measurements indicate incorrect tolerances, measurement error or missing /bad data.

The following table lists a sample log output for this analysis.

Sample Log

9/1/2005 10:06ErrorNodeAReconciledMassTest4ReconciledMassTest4= 7 > Threshold for Test3/Test4= 0

Analysis Method

  1. Collect a list of all node elements in the current Case that satisfy the following criteria:
  • Status Attribute value is IS (In Service).
  • Sigmafine reconciliation solver statistical result Attributes are out of tolerance.
  1. Write to the log section of the case. Report the violation, node Element name, and the solver statistical values.

Configuration Using the Wizard

The configuration of the Nodes with Reconciled Statistics Exceeding Normal Values is a selection of the Post-Reconciliation Gross Error Analysis Rule. You open the window for configuring the test (shown in the following figure) from the General Gross Error Analysis Rule Wizard.

  1. Open the Gross Error Configuration window as described in Configuring - General Gross Error Analysis Rule.

  2. On the Nodes tab, select Nodes with reconciled statistics exceeding normal values.

A Nodes with reconciled statistics exceeding normal values - Attributes window opens.Figure 433: Nodes with reconciled statistics exceeding normal values - Attributes window

  3. Select measurement basis and the Attributes according to the following table:

    Attributes

    SelectionsDescription
Measurement BasisSelect either mass or volume basis.
Test3Element Reconciled statistical Test3 value. The default is 'ReconciledMasstTest3' or 'ReconciledVolumeTest3', depending on mass or volume selection.
Test4Element Reconciled statistical Test4 value. The default is 'ReconciledMasstTest4' or 'ReconciledVolumeTest4', depending on mass or volume selection.
ImbalanceThe reconciled mass or volume imbalance at a balance point. The default is 'ReconciledMassImbalance' or 'ReconciledVolumeImbalance', depending on mass or volume selection.
ResidualThe reconciled mass or volume residual. The default is 'ReconciledResidual'.
Test3/Test4 ThresholdEnter the threshold value for the measurement test values.
Imbalance ThresholdThe reporting threshold for Imbalance values
Residual ThresholdEnter a threshold value for the residual.
StatusElement in/out of service status. The default is to 'ObjectStatus'.
  4. Click OK to finish the configuration.

The text "CONFIGURED" displays next to the 'Nodes with reconciled statistics exceeding normal values' selection.
