Set Composition Tracking Participation

The participation of an Element in the Composition Tracking analysis is set by changing the value of a Boolean value Attribute named CompositionTrackingBalanceFlag to True. This Attribute exists on all Sigmafine node templates (inventories, processes and nodes).
